1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the eb444 platform (accessible at eb444.app and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with eb444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all eb444 services, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, table games, sports betting markets, payment and cashier services, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

eb444 conducts age and identity verification at account registration and again at the time of the first withdrawal request. 3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of eb444 services, including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, and sports betting, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the eb444 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. eb444 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any additional accounts discovered, subject to forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your eb444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account. eb444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. 3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout the lifecycle of your eb444 account must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including falsification of your identity, age, or address — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your eb444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

eb444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) using the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method at the time of the transaction.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at eb444 is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your eb444 account balance within seconds of the mobile wallet payment being confirmed. eb444 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction charges in accordance with their own terms of service.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your account identity verification is complete; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit applicable to your payment method; and (d) your account is in good standing with no active investigations or disputes.

4.3 Withdrawal to Source

All withdrawals will be returned to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures. eb444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

4.4 Refused Transactions

eb444 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, account compromise, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, eb444 will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond before taking any permanent action on the account.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on eb444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eb444 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players are responsible for any foreign exchange costs incurred if their mobile wallet account operates in a currency other than BDT.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the single-account requirement.
• Providing false identity information at any point during registration, verification, or account management.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating in multiplayer or live casino environments.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction on eb444 that is connected to criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or eb444 staff in any communication channel associated with the platform.

eb444 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the eb444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of eb444 or its content and technology suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The eb444 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to eb444.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eb444 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the platform; (b) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools; or (c) frame or mirror any portion of the eb444 website on any other server or internet-connected device.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by eb444. If you believe that any content on the eb444 platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact [email protected] with full details of your claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eb444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the eb444 platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or any other financial or non-financial loss arising from:

• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the eb444 platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software bugs, provided such bugs are not the result of wilful misconduct by eb444.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the eb444 platform, including odds, game rules, bonus terms, or promotional materials, where such information contains an error or omission.

eb444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the eb444 platform. 8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the eb444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and eb444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
